You can make a mix of clove oil in water. Spray a fine mist of the mixture on. It kills the mold spores. Smells nice too.

Cherau fridge trailers/truck bodies are the gold standard in refrigerated transport. Even though I’m sure you have separated it from the Scania truck by now, that combination was and still is to this day the “bad boy” spec. Cherau and Scania go hand in hand, the french are right up there in the list of world leaders when it comes to fridges (next to Ekeri) and Scania are arguably THE best truck manufacturers worldwide or at least in the EU, Volvo are really good too and are definitely up there almost next to them but Scania has taken the edge in the last 5 years. Back to Cherau, they’re renowned for being extremely well built and quite heavy as a byproduct of their build quality, they’re still made to a very very high standard which really shows how committed they are in a day and age of overconsumption where most (if not almost all) things are made with an expiry date on them.

A design issue you have on your new building plan is the lack of enough toilets for 50 people. You need a minimum of 2 mens and 2 womens toilets, and one of each gender has to be handicapped. Sorry to notice this, but CRDP controls that..

I love the homestead life, it's hard and rewarding at the same time. But I always have this nagging suspicion that the homestead lifestyle sctually creates a much larger footprint than anything else. I think homesteaders are brave, pioneering and very few. But what if everybody was a homesteader? Does any country have enough land for all of them? Just thinking out loud. Its a good thing we are not all the same, that we are built uniquely from one another. My sister's idea of a good weekend is lumbering through an airconditioned mall, no hiking, biking, sweating or insect repellant. I always tell her, thank God for people like you, you enable people like us. Its a kindness not to tell her what I really mean.

with the lake/swamp/pond..you can try adding some native fishes..my uncle has a fish farm and his ponds doesn't use any machine..the water remained pristine although muddy..

If you want to protect Wood on under side off sum think you chare the wood by scorching it but not burning it gives a carbon layer that mould doesn't grow on. Hope this helps.
